• Communicating with caregivers regarding services, client progress, and updates
• Parent training and coordination
• Scheduling and administrative communications
• Internal collaboration among staff, including RBTs, BCBAs, and administrative personnel

Dialpad processes communication data on our behalf solely to enable these functions and in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.
